Instructions how to use:

-    Shake before use
-    Remove the cap from the bottle and protective seal from disposable dispenser applicator
-    Insert the applicator tip into the opening in the center of the press-in bottle adapter
-    Fill the dispenser to about 0.5 ml to 1.0 ml by carefully pulling the dispenser plunger out
-    Insert the filled applicator into vagina as far in as it will comfortably go. It can be done either while lying on your back or standing up
